This Web Site is owned and operated by CLUB BENTOTA, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Law of Sri Lanka, having its registered office at Paradise Island, Aluthgama, Sri Lanka, in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (hereinafter, as and when the context so requires, called and referred to as "Club Bentota"). By accessing and using this Web Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use, set out herein. The attached terms of online reservations shall apply, when you make your reservations or purchases online and shall form part and parcel of this Agreement. The Principals of Data Protection of Club Bentota is also annexed hereto for your reference.

You may use this Web Site in accordance with these terms and conditions for lawful and proper purposes complying with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice in Sri Lanka and/or other jurisdictions from which you are accessing the Web Site.

How safe is it to transfer data to Club Bentota Web Site?

• The payment gateway is provided by Global Payments Asia Pacific Lanka Pvt Ltd. The payment gateway uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128 bit encryption keys and 3D-Secure. Credit card details will only be stored in the Global Payments secure server.

How secure is my data on the Club Bentota Web Site database?

• We apply Club Bentota Web Site's strict safety standards for our database and Internet server in order to provide effective protection against loss, misuse, unauthorized divulgence, alteration and deletion of and unauthorized access to your data.

• Upto 07 days prior to arrival - no charge
• 07 - 03 days prior to arrival - 01 night's charge on basis booked.
• Less than 03 days and no-shows - full stay on basis booked.

01st November - 30th November & 01st March - 20th April

• Upto 14 days prior to arrival - no charge.
• 7 - 14 days prior to arrival - 01 night's charge on basis booked.
• 3 - 7 days prior to arrival - 03 night's charge on basis booked.
• Less than 3 days and no-shows - full stay on basis booked.

01st to 23rd December - 10th and 15th January - 28th January

• Upto 21 days prior to arrival - no charge
• 10 - 21 days prior to arrival - 01 night's charge on basis booked.
• 7 - 10 days prior to arrival - 03 night's charge on the basis booked.
• Less than 7 days and no-shows - Full stay on basis booked.

24th December 2010 - 14th January 2011

• Upto 31 days prior to arrival - no charge.
• 30 - 21 days prior to arrival - 01 night's charge on basis booked.
• 20 - 14 days prior to arrival - 25% of the full charge on basis booked.
• 14 - 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of the full charge on basis booked.
• Less than 7 days and no-shows - Full stay on basis booked.
